Hmmm It's been like a year and this is my first post? LAME!

Honestly I am not looking foward to going to school in three weeks. This summer has flown by and it doesn't really excite me. Hmm so I guess I can explain my summer so far. So first I went to Summerfest in Wisconsin with Cody and Deanna. It was a hoot! We stayed at Cody's friend's house (yeah I know.. He has friends outside of us) and we got to see Maroon 5 play. This concert was the first weekend in July and it's the first weekend in August and I am still singing their songs. We got to dance on tables in a sea of people and I just have to say thank God I don't have problems with being crowded. This was my first trip without parental supervision so yes I was pretty excited about it. The next weekend was pretty lame all I really did was stay home and relax after dancing the whole weekend. Oh yeah, by the way, I got to drive Cody's Suburban for a whole hour and a half :) talk about super fun :D haha. Then the next weekend I had a few Sheltered Reality Shows. We worked on the Tennis Ball song and then we got to play it during our first show! I got to see a few faces I don't get to see very often so that kind of excited me. Then the next day I went to the marshaltown fair and that was so hot! We were all dripping sweat. And later that day we went to stanhope watermelon days and got free watermelon. The next weekend I went with Sydney to MN for a show that badley needed drummers and met some really cool people. I also got some hippie glasses that make me look really cool haha. Then I went home and went to my grandpa's birthday party. I was looking foward to it because I would be able to see my crazy cool cousin (not the one named Kellsey from Canada) but Michael but I showed up only to hear that he was in the hospital having an apendectamy :( so I went and saw the dumb dumb in the hospital and it was probably the saddest thing I saw all summer. He's usually up beat and everything but he could barely lift his head. Then this last weekend I went to the Sizzlin' Summer Drummer Bash in Saint Louis MO it was CRAZY! I got to see the people that I met the previous weekend as well as meet a bunch of new people who I have figured out are really fun to argue with on facebook. On that trip I got to drum in practice for 7 hours and in a show for what.. 2 hours? Im not totally sure. Oh and then I got to clean walls for 5 hours but that wasnt even too bad I mean it was fun! I also went swimming and everything was just super cool! In between all of my trips I had fun too! I went to a teenage dance club and danced with two different guys and that was hilarious. I also found a spot for my cousins cat to live until May. I have played color tag and gone to movies and that is pretty much it so far. I'll try to do another post soon and get more in depth with that one so now I must repeat after my wise role modle, Tigger, TTFN
